MANAGEMENT AGENT'S ROLE. The Managing Agent for the Community carries on the day to day business affairs of the Association at the direction of the Board, maintains Association records, supervises contracts, assists the Board in mailing information to community members, and assists the Board and Architectural Control Committee with policy administration and enforcement.
