WHAT’S NEW
NEW 2010 Parking Stickers - Effective March 1, 2010
New 2010 parking stickers have been mailed out. If you have not received your sticker, please contact Cardinal Management. Please note, if you are a renter, please contact your landlord first.
New 2010 parking stickers must be displayed on vehicles starting March 1, 2010. Starting on March 1, 2010, old 2009 stickers will no longer be valid.
Supplemental Lawn Maintenance Services
Change from Last Year - Forms Due March 1, 2010
Forms regarding supplemental lawn maintenance services have been mailed out. In previous years owners needed to return the form if they wanted these supplemental services. Starting this year, owners only need to return the form if they do NOT want the supplemental services. This has caused some confusion.
If you want all the services listed – do nothing – do NOT return the form.
If you want some of the services listed – circle the services you do NOT want and return the form.
If you do not want any of the services simply complete the form and mail it back by March 1, 2010.
